Calendar Integration with the Notes Mail File

• This is the full-fledged bi-directional sychronization that allows your users to view either the ACT! for Notes calendar or their mail file calendar to see all their activities.
• Send ACT! for Notes activities to the mail file, update in either place
• Schedule activities in ACT! for Notes for other users, and ACT! for Notes e-mails them invitations
• Send mail file calendar entries to ACT! for Notes, update in either place
• ACT! for Notes now employs the mail file pop-up alarm feature for ACT! for Notes activities

New Mailing Labels Functionality

• You can now print unlimited pages of mailing labels
• Sort mailing labels by company name or by contact name

New Search Form

• The ACT! for Notes search form has been updated and made easier to access

Broadcast E-Mail

• Create e-mail templates
• Send e-mail to multiple selected contacts simultaneously, and save as a history for each contact
• Create history for unsent e-mails for contacts that lack e-mail addresses
